Famous faces like Kate Bosworth, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Alexa Chung sat front row for the Burberry show that featured lots and lots of herringbone tweed, striped tights, oversized knits, cropped bombers, corduroy skirts, and quilted jackets.
Everything screamed London trends and was created around the idea of London weather, including an indoor rainstorm that featured the models walking underneath umbrellas for the finale.

Good, I was started to have suspicions that she was not in fact human and actually just David Beckham’s sex doll.
Marc Jacobs presented her with the coveted honor during the award show at the London Savoy Hotel. As she accepted her award, wearing a floor-length backless gown and her hair pulled into a bun, she started tearing up as she read off her acceptance speech.
“I’m so sorry for crying,” said the singer turned designer, “I’m being so rubbish. I would like to thank the British fashion industry for your support. I’d like to thank my team, you all know who you are, your focus, your creativity – Simon Fuller, my parents, my kids and my husband. Without David I wouldn’t have had the courage to do what I am doing.”

Glamour Magazine has voted Harry Potter star Emma Watson as the best-dressed woman in the world.
That’s fine, but the list lost all credibility when they also chose Kristen Stewart as the third best-dressed woman in the world.
Considering the fact Kristen Stewart looks like she’s uncomfortable wearing any dress her stylist picks out for her does not qualify her as someone that should be on any best dressed list.
When she’s not walking a red carpet, she’s almost always wearing loose denim pants, converses and flannel.

Karl Lagerfeld showed of his collection to a celeb packed crowd as always.
Celebs like Lily Allen, Kanye West, Alexa Chung, and Florence Welch were all front row for Karl's black themed show.
"The world is a dark place," said Lagerfeld after the Chanel show.
The setting of the show was very dark and dramatic and so was the collection. There were a lot of black and bulky pieces along with a touch of masculinity.

Cheryl is on a roll right now! While her personal life is a little rocky right now—she’s in the middle of divorcing from husband Ashley Cole—she’s busier than ever with her career.

Cole was named the best-dressed star by Glamour last year as well, even beating out Victoria Beckham! And she’s done it again, taking first place in the poll, just edging out Rihanna for the win.

She told StyleList at the launch, held at the Bowery Hotel in NYC, "I really love the brand and actually wear it, so it seemed like an easy-peasy choice.”
The collection is reminiscent of our school-girl days—cardigans, velvet shorts, blouses, and jumpers. Chung says Madewell’s “vision is kind of the same as mine. They like laid back styles, they like kind of relaxed clothes — classic, timeless things. So when they asked to collaborate, it was a perfect fit,” she said.
The collection hits Madewell stores in August, and price points begin at $59!

Many of the women were expected to make the list, like Emma Watson, Diane Kruger, and Leighton Meester. But it seems the mag took a few risks this year, and included some women known for their outlandish wardrobes. Case in point? Lady Gaga and British singer Beth Ditto.
Our very own First Lady made the list at number 14. And we couldn’t agree more with that choice. Her gowns throughout the year have all been stunning and timeless.
But the big winner this year was Alexa Chung! She’s known best for her now-canceled program on MTV, called It’s On With Alexa Chung.
Alexa won the top prize for her “schoolgirl meets grandma” chic and “Brit-girl abroad sense of style.”
Judges at Vogue say, “She won over the U.S. style pundits with her quirky style and kept us on side by staying true to the formula that won her our approval in the first place.”
