Can you look fabulous - for FREE? Indeed! According to Max Azria, your strongest fashion choice is inner beauty.

Max Azria spoke exclusively with Hollyscoop.com backstage before his BCBGMAXAZRIA event at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week where he shared his secret tips on how to stay fashionable in any economy.

For all women he says, “The first thing I would tell them is to do everything possible to be stronger to make them more flexible and more sexy or exciting. All of life is about communication, connection, relationship. To be good and secure is your best asset.”

The 2009 Max Azria collection explores individual expression through effortless elegance. To convey this freedom, Max chose someone iconic and timeless to represent the campaign - gold medal Olympian Nastia Liukin.

Backstage before the runway event, Nastia shared with Hollyscoop.com how she became involved with Max. She says “I came to fashion week last year to Max’s show and he contacted me and asked if I would like to do it. He is definitely my favorite designer so I am really excited to be able to wear him.”

Other celebrity fans include Amanda Bynes who is “inspired by Max Azria” and American Idol star Kellie Pickler who credits the designer for getting her on “Best Dressed” lists. She says, “I am very excited about Max Azria because I love his clothes. Any time I wear them I get the best compliments.”

Katrina Bowden, actress Adrianne Palick, singer Solange Knowles, and Olympic swimmer Amanda Beard also attended the show, which marks BCBGMAXAZRIA’s 20th anniversary!

What Amanda Bynes wants – is to launch another fashion line!

Hollyscoop.com caught up with the actress backstage at Mercedes-Benz Fashion week where she gave us the scoop on her designer label.

She says, “I am not working on it now but I think maybe in the future I will tap into that again because I love clothes. I love fashion. I am definitely thinking about it.”

If you guys recall, Amanda Bynes already had a fashion label named Dear but unfortunately it went under when Steve & Berry’s closed it’s stores.

The young fashionista is “inspired by Max Azria, Yves Saint Laurent, Elizabeth and James” as well as the more budget friendly American Apparel.

For young women during this recession, Amanda recommends “American Apparel. You can wear really cute tops or leggings.”

Amanda came out to the Mercedes-Benz Fashion week in order to walk the runway for The Heart Truth’s Red Dress Collection in which she wore a super mini frock by Daniel Swarovski. Other celebs that joined her on that walk include Hilary Duff (in Donna Karan), Tori Spelling (in Betsey Johnson), Vivica A. Fox (for Jenny Packham), and Nastia Liukin (for Max Azria).
