Amy Adams Dazzles in $1.35 Million Worth of Jewels
Amy Adams was the talk of the red carpet at the 2011 Oscars. It's not because she was wearing the most amazing dress to the Oscars, but because she was sporting $1,350,00 worth of jewels from Cartier.

The Oscar nominee wore a navy gown by L'Wren Scott, but the emerald jewels were what got all the attention.

She was sporting a 575 diamonds and 30.75 carat carved emerald haute joaillerie secret watch bracelet worth $1.025 million. Say it with me…WOW!

That's not it! What really got my attention was the beautiful emerald necklace. Too bad the neckline on the dress was so high it was almost distracting. She would have looked so much better if she wore a dress with a plunging neckline to show off those amazing jewels.

What did you guys think of Amy's overall look? Love it or hate it?
Amy Adams and Emily Blunt Clean Up Well
Amy Adams and Emily Blunt held the red carpet hostage on Monday night as they attended the premiere of their new film Sunshine Cleaning.

Hollyscoop was lucky enough to be on the red carpet at the premiere and got to see the ladies and their outfits in person!

Upon first glance, we were pretty disappointed at Amy in her ivory Burberry pantsuit. From far away she looked like a server at The Cheesecake Factory. But as she got closer our opinion quickly changed. Adams looked really chic in her ivory pant suit paired with a plunging black shirt, and strands of black beads. She looked stunning.

Not to be outdone, Emily Blunt also stole the red carpet as she rolled up in a short Basil Soda cocktail dress. Her publicist said the dress was "a last second choice" and we are glad she made that choice! The metallic dress had heavy embellishment and ruffles at the top.

It was a great premiere and these ladies prove they clean up well!
Don't MISS out on Breaking News!
2009 Oscar Fashion Misses

We hate to do it, but we have to squeeze in some misses! Unfortunately, two of them are up and comers! And surprise, surprise, they both wore the same color.

We’re talking about Amy Adams and Amanda Seyfried, who both chose red, which is a tough thing to pull off on the red carpet, unless you’re Nicole Kidman.

Amy’s Carolina Herrera dress was just boring, and was so matchy-matchy with her ginger locks. Her fun beaded Roberto Cavalli choker made up for the ensemble a little bit though, and added color.

Amanda Seyfried looked all wrong in her bright red gown complete with a huge bow in the front that looked bigger than she did. She sort of got lost in the look.

The only one who disappointed in white who really disappointed us was Jessica Biel. She can get away with it because it’s not necessarily her night, but we expected a little more from her since she always looks timeless. The big poofy tier hanging off her Prada dress, combined with messy hair and black shoes, really did her in as a fashion miss.

And the last fashion miss might surprise you! It was Beyonce, who wore a form-fitting mermaid style black strapless gown with gold graphic detailing. We’re used to Beyonce stepping on the red carpet with no holds-bar glam, and this just didn’t represent her star quality.

There are too many others to mention! But to summarize, here’s Hollyscoop’s take on the fashion hits and misses from the Oscars red carpet!

DGA Fashion Roundup!

The A-listers were out on the town this weekend for the 61st Annual Directors Guild Awards in Los Angeles.

Claire Danes marched down the red carpet in a gorgeous navy blue Temperley London dress with embellished straps. As if the front was not enough, Daines dazzled with a cut out back.

Making a departure form her frothy Sag Award choice, Freida Pinto rocked it in a short Zac Posen minidress. The star looked more like a Glamazon than a Slum Dog in this metallic cocktail dress.

Amy Adams looked a tad washed out in this champagne colored Jasmine di Milo dress with some serious crystal detailing.

Making a rare public appearance, Jodie Foster stepped out for the big event looking great in basic black.

Marisa Tomei played it safe this time in a white Dior gown, letting her accessories do all the talking!

If this was the DGA's we cant wait for the Oscars! See y’all on the red carpet!
