Here's exactly what Paul Gaultier said about Voque's editor in chief, Anna Wintour.
In an interview with The Independent, Gaultier was talking about his favorite fashion films and of course "The Devil Wears Prada" came up in discussion. Though he thinks that Meryl Streep who portrayed an Anna Wintour-like character played it too nice.
"Anna Wintour is a lot more monstrous than she is described!" says Gaultier.
And then when the journalist asked if she was a positive figure in fashion, he just responded, "She is a figure."

Famed photographer Testino shot Kate and William’s engagement photos and Wintour thinks he can change Kate's mind and pose for the mag.
"Anna has been speaking to Mario about winning over Catherine. She is really pressing him to shoot Catherine for the cover," a source tells the NY Post's Page Six.
However, many mags have been trying to get Kate Middleton as their cover girl but the Royal lady has yet to appear on any publication's cover.

Women's Wear Daily reports that Lagerfeld made an early morning appearance at the San Tropez cafe Senequier to film a bit for the music video of a French recording artist Jean-Roch Pedri. Jean-Roch recorded the song with Snoop Dogg, who also appears in the video. The song is called "St-Tropez" and Lagerfeld appears in the video wearing head-to-toe white, because that is his "weekend" outfit.

Anna Wintour wore this green colored dress to the Webby Awards last month and committed a fashion no-no by wearing it again last night at the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 premiere in London.

I guess meat dresses and Kermit the Frog frocks are haute couture, because Lady Gaga was honored this year with the Fashion Icon award.
Gaga was wearing her usual towering platform shoes, a custom Thierry Mugler bustier, and taking a cue from Nicki Minaj was wearing an aqua blue bob wig.

Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, Sarah Jessica Parker, who were all dressed in the nines attended the service to pay tribute to the late designer at London's St Paul's Cathedral. Fashion god Anna Wintour, who happened to be McQueen's first employer let the eulogies during the service.
Sources say it was a very emotional hour-long service remembering the designer, who committed suicide seven months ago.
Reverend Canon Giles Fraser told the congregation: “We give thanks for his creative mind, his showmanship, and for his capacity to shock.” He also touched on McQueen's troubled past saying, “It was a life lived in the public gaze, but it was as vulnerable and retiring as it was glamorous.”
An emotional SJP, who was wearing McQueen told reporters: ”It was beautiful and so memorable. I wouldn't have missed it for the world.”
Sad that someone so talented would cut his own life so short. RIP McQueen!

Adele will also be appearing in an upcoming photo spread in Vogue, shot by Annie Leibovitz. This girl has just struck gold! She already met with Anna to go over what she would be wearing for the shoot, and here’s what she had to say: "It was just like 'The Devil Wears Prada.' It was amazing. I was really frightened and I went in and she was so nice. She was like, 'What labels do you like?' I was trying to make up these designers that I was quite sure I had read in 'Vogue' or something before."
And as for her look for this weekend, she says, Adele reveals, "I got a really nice dress. I don't ever wear dresses. I wear dresses with tights and flat shoes and a cardigan. But I am going to get my boobs out and everything. It's going to be quite a big deal."
Check her out on this Sunday’s red carpet! We’re sure she’ll be a fashion hit!

If there's any guarantee from Posen it's that his collection won't disappoint. Traditional black Posen cocktail gowns, short sheer mini dresses and the soft animal print dresses were the foundation of the collection.
The big trend to look out for is the color pink, as it ruled his catwalk. Even the 27 year old designer sported a pink tie.

Super friends George Clooney and Julia Roberts brought in the A-list crowd as co-chairs and Fashion icon Giorgio Armani was the honorary chair.
The "Devil" Anna Wintour opted for Chanel Haute Couture instead of Prada. If you are not familiar with this event, usually the celebs attend with their choice of designers as they flaunt their glamorous gowns.
Last night Kate Mara was escorted by Zac Posen, Kate Bosworth with Karl Lagerfeld, The Olsens with Christian Louboutin, Stella McCartney with Kate Moss, Scarlett Johansson with Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, Claudia Schiffer with designer Garavani Valentino, Tom Ford with Natasha Ricahrdson, among others.
This event was definitely A-list as David and Victoria Beckham stopped by along with Tom Cruise and wifey Katie Holmes. We must admit Victoria looked very classy in her nude sequenced gown but Katie Holmes' stylist might be color-blind. Although Katie looked amazing in her red dress the blue shoes had to go. Our other favorites include Eva Longoria in Marchesa and Mischa Barton.
Jennifer Lopez also made it out with her hubby Marc Anthony. Although J. Lo didn’t look her best you got to give her some credit, she just had a baby. The best-dressed couple of the night was Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, the two were stunning. That's the scoop straight from NYC.
