Ever since being cast as one of the Cullens in the Twilight Saga, Ashley Greene has been on everyone’s radar as one of the hottest newcomers in Hollywood.

She always looks great on the red carpet, and we wanted to know how she maintains her svelte look! Luckily Ashley dished on her diet secrets for getting in shape for New Moon.

She tells Us Weekly, “It was really easy. We were working 12 hours a day, so it didn’t leave too much time to eat.”

Ashley also mentions that when it was time for a meal, she stuck to “really healthy stuff.” But before you just put your fork down and stop eating, here’s the rest of Ashley’s secret: “We had a personal trainer and then we also had fight training,” she said. “It was a good four hours a day of training.

“I do Pilates early in the morning. It wakes you up, and it’s kind of refreshing. And that is basically it. Sometimes cardio. I am not a big weight person because when I do weights I build muscle mass.”

So eating right and working out….not exactly rocket science, but it definitely has worked for Ashley!
