Ashley Greene's Twilight Character Gets An Updated Haircut

After doing three Twilight films, Ashley Greene is finally wearing a wig that doesn’t make her look like the love child of David Cassidy and Ellen DeGeneres.

Greene’s character, Alice Cullen, has a new wig that’s a cute brunette pixie cut and makes Alice, “a little more modern,” Greene told reporters at Comic-Con.

Thank goodness, Ashley Greene’s flippy hairstyle in the first three Twilight films was the exact same haircut I had in 1999 - and I was 11 and wore overalls everyday. They put more effort into Robert Pattinson carefully disheveled tresses than they did with poor Ashley's bizarre mane.

Alright, not to outnerd myself, but I read those Twilight books and nowhere in there did it say that Alice Cullen should have a haircut that look like a double sided ski jump.

Now they’ve finally updated Alice Cullen’s ‘do. Greene said that she and director Bill Condon, “were trying to get it exactly right and tweaking it a little bit every time,” to get Alice Cullen’s hairstyle just right.

Now, Greene’s wig rivals the pixies of Emma Watson and Carey Mulligan and she says, “I was very excited. We made Alice a little more modern. It’s always been really fun to play Alice.”
