I’m no pro, but I’m thinking a lot of celebs are going to go with the old Hollywood hair and makeup on the big day because it looked great with the dresses on the runway.
I can't pick a favorite because all of the gowns were so beautiful! I could see each one of them on the carpet on Oscar Sunday.
The magenta dress did get the most buzz on the runway so chances are stylists like Rachel Zoe are litttttterally DYING to get their hands on it for their clients.

The new ad campaign featuring Rumer Willis was just released and those dresses look amazing.
Rumer will be wearing a selection of pieces from all of Badgley Mischka’s lifestyle collections including couture, eveningwear, the Mark + James collection, footwear, handbags, jewelry and swimwear.
Rumer Willis said, “It was so amazing to play on the beach in beautiful and timeless gowns, I felt like a princess. Partnering with Mark and James has been such a wonderful experience and I am honored to appear in the new campaign.”
The campaign will be featured in magazines starting in March.

Katy must have put her foot down at some point and refused to wear costume-y dresses while walking the red carpet. Now, she leaves the costumes for the stage, which is how it should be. Ke$ha might wanna take some pointers from Katy.
Best & Worst Dressed: American Music Awards
Last night Katy walked the AMA red carpet wearing a Badgley Mischka Couture dress, Brian Atwood heels, a Brumani bracelet, and Pink Tourmaline and Pave earrings by VRAM for GRAY.
She looked great, but I really loved the black dress that she wore during the Rolling Stones after party. She changed into a Pucci gown and M.C.L. by Matthew Campbell Laurenza and Bavna jewels.
Katy gets a thumbs up in the fashion department from Hollyscoop!

The photos, which were shot by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz, will appear in magazines such as Vogue, Elle, Instyle, and Harper’s Bazaar in their April issue.
When asked about the campaign, Carrie says, “I love Badgley Mischka for not only making the most beautiful gowns, but also for bringing together such strong, amazing women to celebrate 20 years of glamour and fashion. I am thrilled to be part of their special anniversary.”
Eva also spoke about the brand and her experience shooting the campaign saying, “Badgley Mischka is an iconic brand and to be able to celebrate their twentieth anniversary with them is an honor for me.”
All the ladies look great, but Carrie Underwood’s dress stands out! Let’s hope she decides to wear that on the red carpet one of these days!

President of IMG fashion Fern Mallis said, “We are very proud and supportive of all the designers who continue to understand the power of the runway, the effectiveness of producing a first-class, top notch show is the best marketing tool a designer has in this climate, and we look forward to working closely with each designer to maximize this opportunity.”
Fashion week runs the course of 8 days, and approximately 100,000 people will trample the tents in their most fashionable stilettos, to see the new looks for the next season.
Even though the economy is not looking so good, you can now rest assured that many models, and celebrities in attendance will. Fashion week will run Feb 13th-20th.

We keep hearing that “Disco is back”, but did Disco ever die? At the Badgley Mischka fashion show in New York city, the designers unveiled their “Fall 2008” collection which was nostalgic of the 70’s hip culture.
The designers Mark Badgley and James Mischka said Bianca Jagger was their inspiration for the line. If Bianca was before you're time, here is the scoop. She was once married to Mick Jagger from "The Rolling Stones" and had a public reputation as a jet-setter and party-goer, being closely associated in the public mind with New York City's nightclub Studio 54.
So what trends can we expect form this line for Fall? Floral shirtwaists, floppy felt hats, high suede boots, silver and gold sequins.
Check out our two favorite looks from the collection below.
