In what she's describing as a collection of “innerwear,” which I'm assuming is the new politically correct term for “underwear” now, she says the line will include everything from bras, tights and camisoles for the women and undershirts and briefs for the men.
In a statement on the official site, “Undeez is a new label of underwear for men and women, designed to simply fit, by Bar Refaeli.”
Bar is launching the line with fellow Israeli model Dudi Balsar and the duo came up with $1 million in financing from various Israeli investors.

The show took place at the luxe Palm Court of the Plaza Hotel. To no surprise, the collection was filled with beautiful gowns that you will be seeing on the red carpet this upcoming award show season.
“It’s all got a watery, magical feel,” said Chapman when speaking about the show, which seemed to be inspired by mermaids.
Viewing the collection, you will see two of my faves: feathers and sheer chiffon! There was a lot of flappery fringe looks that was also seen on the runway. The first look was modeled by Karen Elson and it was a flappery style dress with beaded fringe.

This event is one of the hottest galas during the festival. The women go all out for the carpet.
This year the gala brought out stars like Kirsten Dunst, Gwen Stefani, Naomi Campbell, Brooke Shields and the list goes on.

Victoria Silvstedt and Bar Rafaeli showed up to the same party in Cannes wearing the same dress. OMG!
Both blondes attended Roberto Cavalli’s store opening in Cannes sporting the same sexy sequined dress.
I’m thinking Cavalli sent them the same dress intentionally because he knew it would get him a lot of press. Atleast, that’s something I would do!

Bar is featured in the new Harpers Bazaar with non other than Giorgio Armani.
She got to fly to Italy, put on some of his gorgeous gowns and pose for the cameras on his yacht the Maìnand Bar. Did I say yacht? I meant skyscraper on water. It has six spacious guest cabins, elevator, Jacuzzi, indoor gym, cinema screen, multiple bars, and a gigantic sundeck.
Armani asked Bar to join him as he promotes his new collection, something none of us can ever afford. "What I like about being on a boat is the rhythm and the routines," said Armani. "They remind me of the military. It's discipline."
What I like about being on a boat is being on a damn boat. And in Italy?! What a life!
"How's Leo?" he asks, referring to Leonardo DiCaprio. "Oh, he's good," she replies. "He's jealous I'm here."
If Leo is genius, I'm green with envy. "I'll bet," comes Armani's reply. Not to me, to Bar. But at this point it works for both of us.
What’s a girl gotta do to score an invite to a yacht? Wait, don’t answer that. Back to daydreaming. If you’re still not jealous of Bar, pick up the new issue of Harper’s.

Bilson attended the Roberto Cavalli 40th Anniversary Party last night in Paris and she was the one person that really stood out in a room full of A-listers all because of the beautiful leopard gown she was wearing.
Others at the event included Naomi Campbell, Heidi Klum, Taylor Swift, Tyra Banks, Kylie Minogue, Leona Lewis, Bar Rafaeli and many more.
Rachel's dress was so sexy and it gave her the edge she desperately needs. Unfortunately for most of us, we can't afford the $5,620 dress, but for those few that can you can buy it from Net-a-porter.
Heidi Klum and Naomi Campbell looked great as well. Leona Lewis and Tyra Banks should have consulted with someone before leaving their hotel room because they made our worst dressed list.
Taylor Swift and Kylie Minogue played it safe as always and we still can’t decide if we like Bar Rafaeli’s dress or not.

Bar Refaeli has officially taken over spokesperson duties as the new face of Rampage. The international supermodel and Sports Illustrated ’09 cover girl will appear in Rampage’s upcoming Fall 2009 campaign.
The fall campaign will debut in September issues of Elle, Lucky and Cosmopolitan as well as be featured on billboards and online. We can never get enough of the gorgeous Bar, so bring it on!
Dari Marder, Chief Marketing Officer of Rampage, is ecstatic about having Bar on board. She says, "We werelooking for a fresh new face to follow our spring campaign with Gisele Bundchen and when we meet Bar and instantly feel in love with her. Bar is sweet, young, sexy and beautiful just like our Rampage customer. We look forward to a wonderful partnership."

Another star that caught our attention was Mischa Barton. She may be getting bad press about those cellulite shots, but she’s getting good press from us for her navy blue Alberta Ferretti gown.
Actress Cate Blanchett is also in town promoting her latest flick "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.” Cate, who always looks amazing, opted for a nude Armani Prive ruffled dress.
Purple seemed to be a big hit on the carpet as Film Festival jury member Natalie Portman chose a dark purple Lanvin dress and supermodel Bar Rafaeli chose a classic light purple gown.
The stars made their way to the "Blindness" movie premiere, which stars Julianne Moore, Alice Braga, Yoshino Kimura, Danny Glover, Gael Garcia Bernal and Yusuke Iseya.
