Bar Refaeli to Launch Her Own Underwear Line

Supermodel and former girlfriend to Leonardo Dicaprio, Bar Refaeli, is taking her first steps as a “Fashion designer” and is launching her own underwear label called “Undeez.”

In what she's describing as a collection of “innerwear,” which I'm assuming is the new politically correct term for “underwear” now, she says the line will include everything from bras, tights and camisoles for the women and undershirts and briefs for the men.

In a statement on the official site, “Undeez is a new label of underwear for men and women, designed to simply fit, by Bar Refaeli.”

Bar is launching the line with fellow Israeli model Dudi Balsar and the duo came up with $1 million in financing from various Israeli investors.

Bar says that everything in the collection was approved by her. “We have professional designers, of course, but my ideas and input go into every single item. I try everything before it's manufactured. I choose the fabric and have the last word on the items."

The collection will reportedly be “affordable” and is aimed at men and women aged 25-45.

The website also adds that the collection is “coming this fall.” I think it's safe to say it's nearly winter, so where the heck is this underwear collection? Then again, I live in Los Angeles and there's a palm tree outside my window and I have the AC on, so really, I have no idea was “fall” is or when it's supposed to occur.

Refaeli tells Elle magazine that this brand is for people who like to buy underwear in bulk. Call it the Costco of undergarments, I guess.

“You'll be able to buy clothes -- underwear, socks and T-shirts for men and women -- in very soft, basic fabrics. I started the site with a friend because when I like a pair of underwear, I'll get 30 pairs of it in the same color. But I don't have time to go buy underwear all the time. And I had boyfriends who were the same way -- they never had time to go buy socks and underwear, that's for sure! -- so this website is great because after subscribing, you get these necessities sent directly to you each month,” says Bar.

Wait, wait, wait…this is a subscription underwear line? My lace thong and recent issue of Cosmopolitan magazine just arrived in the mail! This is normal?

Bar, naturally, will be modeling the range but the images have yet to be take. Currently, Bar is the face of French lingerie range, Passionata.
