Beyonce isn't feeling so fierce this morning, especially after getting word that she's getting sued by clothing giant Abercrombie & Fitch.
In a lawsuit filed against Beyonce on Tuesday, A&F has sought to preempt any fragrance launched under the name of Beyonce’s alter ego, Sasha Fierce.
In its complaint, filed in U.S. District Court in Columbus, Ohio, Abercrombie said it began selling its own Fierce scent in 2002 and trademarked the fragrance in 2003, reports WWD.
A&F sent a cease-and-desist letter to Beyonce's camp, but B is still moving forward with her perfume line.
No offense to A&F but who buys perfume from them anyway? Would you rather wear a fragrance from Beyonce or A&F?
