If anyone else but Beyonce wore this gown, they would end up on the 'Worst Dressed List' but I have to admit, she is the only one who can get away with such a gown.

Beyonce was shining in an Elie Saab gown on the red carpet at the Grammy's on Sunday night.

The Bootylicious singer was also sporting a shorter and blonder do to match her dress.

Like I said, no one would have been able to pull off this dress and overall look except for Beyonce.
