Bill Blass Brings Women Power To NYC

Bill Blass debuted his Fall 2008 collection at New York Fashion week. Designer Peter Som made his debut featuring masculine/feminine wear.

Som said that he had to look into the Blass history books to get his inspiration. There is no doubt that Som wanted to express women-power in his collection from trouser suits to sharp tuxedos.

The line didn’t solely consist of three-piece suits, but a line of formal gowns as well. Overall the collection was good start for Som and you know it’s a big deal when the “Devil” herself Anna Wintour is sitting front row.
