Brit is now reportedly adhering to Victoria Beckham's regime. So now she's eating steamed fish and edamame beans, goji berry juice and seaweed shakes in between meals, she starts the day off with a cup of hot water and lemon.
That's a long way from fast food and frappachinos! Well if Brit sticks with this Posh plan, she's sure to slim down quick!
