You can blame it on airbrushing all you want, but Britney's back and she's looking good.

Britney Spears' tour kicks off June 16 in Sacramento, and the pop star is literally working her ass off to prepare.

"We've been working hard," Spears says. "And the costumes are coming next week. This is the exciting part, when all the pieces – the masterpiece – come together."

For the past six weeks, Spears has been working out for ninety minutes a day, followed by six hours of dance rehearsal.

She has a 1,500 per day calorie intake, and has healthy meals like baked fish and celery with almond butter prepared for her each day. She leaves Sunday as a "cheat" day.

Spears' trainer, Derek DeGrazio, says:

"You can see the tone in her muscles – her arms, legs and abs. She looks amazing."

Brit Brit has definitely come a long way since her Cheetos and Starbucks days. Oh and how can we forget the infamous pink wigs? She's looking the best she's ever looked!
