If you don't know who Eddie Redmaybe is, I’ll educate you. He dated Carey Mulligan for a second, he has a British accent and is one of them hipster actors that hangs out with Robert Pattinson and Andrew Garfield. Ok, I don't know about that last part for sure, but it's probably true.

One thing is for sure, the ads got my attention. If you ask me it’s a genius marketing campaign. Put a naked girl in the ad and people will inquire what the ad is for and it will start selling the product.

Both Rachel and Kate were in New York last week attending some shows and headed straight to Kensington Gardens, London for the kick off of London Fashion Week.
The Burberry Prorsum fall 2011 collection inspired by the 60’s had so many hot jackets in all colors.
Christopher Bailey, who celebrated his 10th anniversary with the house, proved that just because it’s fall doesn’t mean you can’t sport bright colors.

The annual British Fashion Awards were held this year inside the Victorian Gothic walls of the Royal Courts of Justice, home to England’s Court of Appeal and the High Court. Chief creative officer of Burberry Christopher Bailey won the prizes for both Designer Brand and BFC Designer of the Year.
Victoria was on hand to present the award to Bailey, and told WWD, “I came because I’m British and I’m proud.”
She told WWD she’s working on plans to take a more active role in the BFC that may involve mentoring young designers or acting as an ambassador.
We love it! No one knows fashion like Victoria Beckham. And she’s clearly found her calling!

Christopher Bailey has revived the fashion house in recent years to include a new youthful take on the iconic brand. And until recently the clothes did all the talking. But now there is a new face that sums up the direction of the brand. And her name is Emma Watson. The Harry Potter star will appear in a series of ads for the mega fashion house.
Bailey said in a statement, “Having known and admired the lovely Emma Watson for quite some time, she was the obvious choice for this campaign who like the images she fronts, has a classic beauty a great character and a modern edge.”
Burberry hopes with their new collection to get back to the classic side of the brand, reflecting its long history in the world of fashion. Bailey says, “I wanted the images to represent both the rich history and the modernity of the Burberry brand whilst at the same time reflecting a quiet beauty, timelessness and strength that is particularly significant today.”
The advertising campaign, which was shot by celebrated fashion photographer Mario Testino and directed by Bailey, was set in Westminster, central London, home to Burberry’s new global headquarters at Horseferry House, SW1.
In one image, the River Thames is clearly visible in the background, conveying what Bailey calls a ‘wonderfully historic part of London’ to reflect the rich history and modernity of the Burberry brand.

Bailey has successfully given the classic British lines a modern twist. Hollyscoop was on the red carpet at the Burberry store re-opening in Beverly Hills where Bailey and renowned fashion photographer Mario Testino hosted a private soiree.
The event brought in Burberry clad L.A. hipsters such as Kate Hudson, Kate Beckinsale, Liv Tyler, Mario Bello, Mischa Barton, Kelly Osbourne, Anna Friel, Emily Van Camp, Milo Ventimiglia and much more.
Burberry has never looked so good, but we wanted to know why this warm British line works so well with the Californian sun? “I think it's classic and it doesn’t date. Its really nice classic pieces that you can mix up with other things, ” said British babe Kate Beckinsale.
While Kelly Osbourne added, “I could walk in somewhere and be like 'Oh I love that' and my mom does that as well, and we wear completely different clothes.” To our surprise designer Christian Siriano attended the event and admitted he loves Burberry, “I think the clothes are so chic, sophistical and stunning.”
Photographer Mario Testino said that his collaboration with Bailey was to bring some “romance this season, make it a little more personal and more intimidate.”
In regards to what to pick up from any Burberry boutique, Bailey says, “I think Burberry is so much about outerwear and everything to do with outerwear so I think trench coats are the anchor to everything with Burberry it’s where we come from its what were born from I think that’s really what you come to Burberry for, we work the bags that they all work with the outerwear and the shoes, but definitely it’s the core is outerwear.”

Burberry designer, Christopher Bailey, called the collection "The Garden Girls" insisting he was inspired by his own garden in Yorkshire.
The collection consisted of tons of browns, nudes and mossy greens. Think earth colors! Skinny cardigans, boyfriend pantsuits and trench coats also ruled the runway. And lets not forget about the statement necklace. Just about every outfit was paired with one!

Thanks to the British fashion line Burberry, there is! The “Knight Bag” is its name and royalty is its game. The black leather bag is anything but subtle, with its metal studs and polished nickel hardware with side lock and key.
The purse is hot, but unfortunately it comes with hefty price tag. Depending on what part of the world you live in, the “Knight” can be purchased anywhere from $1,595.00 to $2,000.
Nevertheless, the stars are buying into the trend that is sweeping all over the world. Cameron Diaz uses this hot item as a great travel bag since it’s a good size to throw just about anything in. Jessica Alba who also sports that bag carries it on her days off while she shopping in Hollywood.
