Candice Swanepoel Reveals Her Beauty Tips

Candice Swanepoel celebrated the launch of Victoria’s Secret new Fantasies collection at The Grove last night. Swanepoel was there to promote the lingerie brand that launched her career with their new body care and fragrance offerings.

VS’s new scent is Sheer Love and Swanepoel goes nuts when she wears the fragrance, “This fragrance is really light, it’s really girly, it has a hint of cotton and flowers and lily.”

She tells Hollyscoop, “It’s not a perfume, it’s a fragrance mist so you can really go to town and spray it all over your clothes and everything.”

Although she’s known for donning the famous Victoria’s Secret Angel wings, she says modeling wasn’t always her dream. She first wanted to be a make-up artist, “Actually, when I was in school that’s what I wanted to be; a makeup artist. I learn from the makeup artists that do my makeup, I remember the tricks that I love.”

So, what are her favorite make-up tricks? Listen up, a Victoria’s Secret model tells you how to look almost as good as she does. “If you want to look a little more awake, you use a cream pencil inside your eye. It just opens up your eyes.”

Victoria’s Secret is known for making your bust look 2 sizes larger but Swanepoel tells us to expect more from VS’s new beauty line, “I love the lip pencils and the lipsticks are amazing. Victoria Secret beauty has really improved in the last couple of years.”
