In London on Friday, Schiffer picked up her son, Casper, and daughter, Clementine, looking more put together than I do when I’m actually going somewhere of significance. Claudia Schiffer who has years and years of experience walking the catwalk will now be going behind the scenes.

Schiffer will be launching her own fashion line that will debut during winter 2011.

Schiffer announced the news to WWD at the Salvatore Ferragamo show during Milan Fashion Week.

No further details were released, but she will be having an event in October where she show off items from her line.

Claudia Schiffer has amazing taste! The German supermodel is always dressed to impress and she has so much experience with clothes, that we're sure her line will be a success.

Congratulations to supermodel Claudia Schiffer who is reportedly pregnant again! According to the Associated Press, Schiffer and her British film director husband Matthew Vaughn are expecting a third child.

A spokeswoman for the supermodel said: "I can confirm that Claudia is pregnant."

The couple, who married in 2002, already have six-year-old Caspar and Clementine, aged five. The couple are said to be "delighted" about their third child, who is supposedly due in May.

Claudia Schiffer has walked the runway for over twenty years in the fashion world. And now she’s hanging up her hat to do something on the other end of the industry.

According to Reuters, Schiffer is working on creating her own fashion label, which will feature cashmere and handbags. Speaking at a conference in Berlin today, she said, "I would love to create my own lines now. I want the brand to be timeless and classic, with a fashion sensibility.”

One thing that seems important to Claudia is having her line speak to her brand, and reflect her personality. "Consumers are not stupid. They do understand if you don't believe in your product," she said.

"I would love to do cashmere, it is something I wear all the time myself...I would love to do something that is a bit more price friendly and...a lot of cashmere is very classic, I would like to create something that is a bit more fashion," she said.

Cashmere is one of the keys to a girl’s heart, so we love the idea already! Claudia is currently on the lookout for partners to launch her new brand.
