Courtney Love's Daughter Frances Bean Cobain is a Model Now

Francis Bean Cobain, the daughter of Courtney Love and the Late Kurt Cobain is becoming a model. Oi, more "famous daughters" we have to learn to care about.

Frances Bean posed for Hedi Slimane, the former Dior Hommes designer turned photographer. Frances may only be 19, but her mother Courtney lost custody to Frances in 2009 and Frances even has a restraining order taken out against her mother.

The black and white photos have a very 90's feel, which is appropriate seeing as her father was immortalized in the early 90's and her mother once was the queen of that decade. Did I say Queen? I meant to say resident heroin addict.

Some of the photos feature a plain backdrop, focusing on nothing but France's smize and smoldering eyes. In another photo, Frances leans against a chainlink fence, puffing on a cig and showing off her heavily tatted arms. She smokes in a lot of the photos. She and Miley Cyrus should hang out. They can talk about how hard it is being edgy with famous parents and decide what stupid tattoo's to get next.

One of her tattoo's is a quote, "L'art est la Solution du Chaos," which means, art is the solution to chaos. That's cool, I guess. She also has a tattoo of Quentin Crisp's face, a famous gay writer born in 1908.

Frances inherited her dad's millions last year on her 18th birthday, so probably doesn't have to start working at 19 if she didn't want to, but then modeling isn't so much working as it is being professionally good-looking.

She may only be 19 years old, but she's already done a ton of stuff. She posed for Harper's Bazaar in 2005 when she was only 15 in a fashion spread where she recreated scenes from famous musicals. She also worked as an intern for Rolling Stone in 2008, she also provided guest vocals for the band Evelyn Evelyn. Oh she's also an artist. Last July she put out a collection of artwork under the pseudonym "FIddle Tim" at a Gallery in Los Angeles. Wow, she's so talented, she could probably not rely on her parent's famous last name at all!

Although Frances and Mom have a strained relationship, Courtney Love recently performed with her band Hole earlier this month during New York Fashion Week and she dedicated the song, "Skinny Little Bitch" to Frances.

Love called her "my f-cking only child" and then added, "I'm so glad she didn't get that nose job." Which might be the worst thing to say if trying to win back your estranged daughter.
