First Look: David Lerner Leggings Fall 2012
MODAMOB EXCLUSIVE
February 21, 2012 by: MADISON VANDERBERG

This new collection of leggings includes perfectly slim leggings with zig zag leather patterns, sheer leggings with a cloud-like print, leather hot pants, and various new printed leggings.
Lerner says unlike most leggings that sag and fall down, these leggings will make you look “skinnier and sexier” thanks to the unique materials used to make the pants.
“Our Supplex is considered the best in the world,” says Lerner, “It’s largely used by the many renowned dance companies. We also use Hemp Spandex, which is an environmentally friendly fabric from California.”
As for the inspiration behind the new collection, Lerner says, “My inspiration comes from the minimalist movement in art, fashion and architecture and it translates into silhouettes this season. I am also inspired by the artist Cy Twombly and even added prints into the David Lerner collection for the first time.”
Not only is the collection more daring that previous seasons, but the brand has teamed up with fashion photographer and videographer Kira Lillie who shot a look book that is full of what appears like moving images, Lerner says Lillie’s vision “treats fashion as art.”
Also, David Lerner Leggings is proud to say that it produces the entire collection here in America. You can purchase his amazing leggings at dlcollection.com.
