Maria Menounos has added author to her already impressive resume`. And she’s not just any author. Her book, "The EveryGirl's Guide to Life" is already a New York Times best seller.
So what is the book about?
Maria gives the 411 on what to expect from "The EveryGirl's Guide to Life".
“It's an A-Z guide for every girl on how to manage to do it all in ways that are better, faster and cheaper, particularly when time and money are in short supply,” Maria tells Modamob in an exclusive one-on-one interview.
The TV presenter/author is also a fashionista. She’s always well dressed on and off the red carpet so she would be the perfect person to ask for spring/summer trends.
“70's seem to be hot right now. Lace is very big, nude patent leather shoes, and wide leg jeans are some of my fave spring must haves,” she tells us.
And did you know Maria used to be 40 pounds heavier? If you don’t believe me you can buy the book and see the pictures she’s published in the book. It took a lot of hard work and dedication to get to her goal weight and now she’s sharing her secrets.
“Journal everything you eat in a day. When you see what you've consumed on paper you'll be surprised at how much you're consuming. This will help you cut back. Next, cut back slightly on portions and keep cutting back as time goes on. Just do it gradually. Drink hot water through the day. Drinking plain hot water will curb your appetite and calm you, too. It’s a simple trick but it works. Eat slowly and chew food thoroughly. Only eat when you're hungry,” Maria says.
