Janet Jackson is Nutrisystem's New Spokeswoman

As someone who admits that she's up-and-down with her weight, she opened up to Good Morning America on why she decided to work with Nutrisystem.
"it's a matter of leaning how to keep it off, that maintenance, and they have a program for that. My success plan is to feel healthy and to feel good about me," says Jackson.
Even though Jackson spent the majority of her career in a crop top that showcased rock-hard abs, she admits she never felt comfortable in her body.
She said her body insecurities started as a kid, "being the baby of the family, you get teased. Michael teased me about my butt being too big, and I carried that thru my adult life, but they were names of endearment."
She also says that when she was a child actress on "Good Times" that the wardrobe lady said, "I'm gonna bind your chest, because your chest is too big," and while I consider that to be a "good problem" telling that to a pre-teen girl is gonna screw up your body image for many years to come.
Jackson admits, "The following season they told me to loose weight. I internalized it and i never told anyone about it, i just kept it inside for years."
