Emma Watson went for the dramatic look for the New York premiere of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2.
Her hair, makeup and dress were all very dramatic and although that dress would probably look bad on anyone else, Emma pulled it off really well.
The mustard colored gown was from Bottega Veneta’s Fall 2011 collection.
The gown was definitely over the top with the draped skirt and linen bustier. Her sleek hair was very suitable with the dress. Although the raccoon eyes were a bit too much, I felt like it looked great with the overall look. One thing is for sure, it was very runway and some might argue that it was not suitable for a red carpet, but the red carpet is all about taking risks right?
Emma has been switching things up in recent weeks while promoting the last of the Harry Potter franchise. She’s usually the short dress wearing, clean cut girl next door, but she’s been going out of her comfort zone and it’s been working well.
What did you guys think of Emma’s final red carpet look for the Harry Potter franchise?
