Penelope Cruz: Best Dressed In Hollywood?

Penelope Cruz has been voted Hollywood’s best-dressed list according to an In Touch Weekly poll.

The editors say that Cruz was picked because she "plays up romance… She steams up the red carpet in strapless gowns that play up her decolletage.”?

"A true girlie-girl, Penelope loves to play dress-up in romantic styles by classic designers like Chanel and Valentino, and look like the movie star she is."

Others who made the list include Cameron Diaz, Katie Holmes, Kate Hudson and Jennifer Garner.

Penelope Cruz does dress really nice, but being the best dressed is sort of a stretch. She always looks great on the red carpet, but a person who dresses great off and on the red carpet should be on top of that list. The red carpet is something a stylist put together so it’s sorta unfair.
