One of my favorite boutiques in LA, House of Petro Zillia, has teamed up with one of my other faves, Forever 21, for a very colorful collection.

You’re gonna be seeing a lot of cute dresses, boy shorts and sweaters with funky colors. Let’s be honest, we're all ready for Spring to arrive because we’re sick of the blacks and greys…and the cold!

Nony, designer for House of Petro Zillia, couldn't be more thrilled about the collaboration. She tells Hollyscoop: "I'm tickled pink about the collection coming out! And so excited about this collaboration with Forever 21 as I can't wait to bring more fashion smiles to more fashionistas!!!"

If you are not in the know, let me give you a little background on the House of Petro Zillia. Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian, Nicky Hilton and many more regularly visit the store because of the awesome and trendy merchandise.

The Petro Zillia for Forever 21 collection will hit stores Feb 11! In the meanwhile, if you enter the coupon code "HollyscoopLover" at checkout, you will receive 15% discount on any item, including Sale items on the House of Petro Zillia website.

Forever 21 just launched their new maternity line and it’s causing a lot of controversy. The maternity collection is only available in 5 states. Those 5 states happen to have very high teen pregnancy rates. Coincidence or good marketing?

"Love 21 Maternity" will not be available in the biggest markets such as Los Angeles, New York and Chicago, but it will be available in Alaska, Arizona, certain areas of California, Texas, and Utah. Bristol Palin missed out on the line by a year!

According to the U.S. government statistics, those 5 states have the highest rate of teen pregnancy.

The maternity line has some cute, fresh and very young clothes, which only proves that they were targeting young soon-to-be moms.

If you are a teen or a hip mom-to-be you can order the clothes by going to Forever 21. Do you guys think this was a marketing ploy on behalf of Forever 21 or was it just a coincidence?

Balmain has been one of the most influential lines of the year so far. The line did a great job of bringing back shoulder pads, something most people thought would stay in the 80’s for good.

Celebrities like Rihanna, Beyonce and the late Michael Jackson have all been seen sporting the line, but they seem to be the only people who can afford it.

The prized Crystal-embellished canvas jacket that Beyonce was seen sporting in NYC costs a mind boggling $11,410. That is a pretty hefty price tag for us normal folks. Balmain’s acid wash jeans are priced at a steep $2,165 and the must have crystal studded shoe Rihanna made popular is priced at $1,600.

Luckily moderately priced designers heard our cries and are catering to our needs by releasing similar Balmain-Inspired items for affordable prices.

Forever 21’s ‘Military Patrol’ Jacket ($37.50) is nearly a carbon copy of Balmain’s. Not only is it incredibly cheaper than the real thing, it’s more wearable.

J Brand's Acid Wash Jeans ($152.60) even feature nearly the same distressed look for a reasonable price.

Shoe line Steve Madden released the “Bright” Sandal ($130), which is a perfect way to rock the coveted Studded shoe without breaking the bank.

If looking like you stepped off the Balmain runway is your goal, be sure to pick these items up quick because they are sure to sell out before you know it.

This next hat is a great royal blue, similar to the color SJP was rocking this week! It is a french sailing cap and we happen to think it looks oui magnifique! The had has a wide brim that can shield you from the sun with some great embellishment. The hat is adorned with patch and chain detailing at the front and raw edges.
