I refuse to believe Gwyneth Paltrow has had two children ripped out of that body. Paltrow's topless photo shoot in Vanity Fair shows off her enviously lean body, adorned only with fishnets and a few pieces of jewelry.

Gwyneth makes Victoria's Secret models look like sumo wrestlers. But what we love about her is that she doesn't pretend it doesn't take work.

Paltrow has to work out a ton, because the woman loves to eat. The 38 year-old wife and mom has recently released a cook book, Notes From My Kitchen Table. And Hollyscoop talked to celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, who told us Paltrow doesn't diet.

"She will not. I did have her watch what she ate a little bit. She is an amazing chef and loves to cook."

Tracy also told Hollyscoop: "I kicked her butt. It’s funny, during the first Iron Man is when we started working together. It was right after Moses. She was trying to learn all these things that I was having her do. In the second Iron Man, since we had been working together for some time, I really had a chance to rip her. We worked in L.A. I made the space very hot and had her do an hour and forty minutes. She likes to eat."

Paltrow says herself that she has to have her carbs, so she works out extra hard to include them in her diet:

"I don’t have the type of brain that can diet if she tells me 'Don’t eat carbs'. I will gain ten pounds. I like to do extra cardio and be able to eat pasta, wine, cheese, and whatever."

There you go, ladies. If you want to pack in the carbs, you've gotta kick it up a notch in the gym to get a body like Gwyneth's. Either way, looking good doesn't come easy.
