Hayden Panettiere is Having an Identity Crisis

What in Sam hell did Hayden Panettiere do to her hair?! She once had gorgeous long flowing blonde locks, and now she’s sporting a ‘do that too short to even classify as a bob!

Hayden stepped out last night for an Earth Day event in LA and we did a double take. She showed off her newly shorn locks, and all we have to say is thank goodness she’s got a face like that!

In the past few weeks, Hayden’s hair has been long and blonde, to long and auburn, to short and blonde, to barely there! We wonder what her new boxer boyfriend thinks of her changing looks.

Hardly anyone can pull off short locks like that, yet we’ve been seeing more and more celebs attempt the look. We’re hoping she was just letting the deep conditioning treatment sink in last night, and that she’s at the salon right now getting extensions!

Some other celebs who have just recently lopped off their locks are Carey Mulligan, Agyness Deyn, and Mia Wasikowska. While all those chicas are really cute, the real rockstar of cropped locks is Rihanna. She could shave her head and look dynamite!
