Competition is fierce as the influx of young baby faced stars increase. There is a high demand for young stars in Hollywood, which reflects on its audience becoming obsessed with looking youthful.
Meryl Streep discovered that embracing her age has only helped her career. Let's admit it, not all Hollywood stars are blessed with good genes or talent. Botox is no longer taboo; celebrities are more open about discussing their experiences with Botox.
46-year old Courteney Cox recently admitted using Botox to slow down the aging process. In May, Kim Kardashian nonchalantly told Nightline she hadn't had any plastic surgery, but admitted that she had used Botox. Kim is 29 so we’ll cut her some slack, but 23-year old Heidi Montag has no reason to use Botox!
The reality TV star graced the cover of People magazine proudly stating that she had 10 cosmetic procedures in one day including Botox. What will her teenybopper fans think? Is that the right message to send to her fans? Look like a freak show and you might get the cover of a prominent magazine?
The latest news that’s been quiet alarming is that 18-year old Charice has had Botox injections. While many believe Charice had it done for cosmetic purposes, the singer’s rep claims that she had Botox injected in her jaw for medical reasons.
Other young stars that have been rumored to have gotten Botox injections include Hilary Duff, 22, Lindsay Lohan, 23 and Megan Fox, 24. Regular girls look up to these celebrities, so are they setting a bad example for young adults? How young is too young to get Botox?
Celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Garo Kassabian from Lift MD Aesthetics® tells Hollyscoop: “Cosmetic procedures are typically offered to patients with beauty concerns, who are 18 or older and can make wise decisions about their appearance. It is not uncommon for a doctor to suggest a preventative treatment to an 18 year old star like Charice.
He adds, “It has become part of the standard routine in Hollywood for many stars to maintain their youthful image and even in some cases, improve their self esteem. However, it is not the only purpose of Botox. As her rep had stated, it can be used for pain and has been used in cases of migraines and TMJ.”
Before you jump the bandwagon and get the injections, Dr. Kassabian encourages everyone to go to a medical professional if considering Botox.
“If someone is considering Botox, it is important to first have a consultation with a doctor who is board certified and understands how to properly administer Botox and is an expert in the many techniques to assure positive results,” he says.

But now that Heidi has a new body and fresh take on life, she’s giving the fashion world another whirl. According to People, Montag is designing a brand new clothing collection that will focus on accentuating her new assets.
She says, "Most of my inspiration comes from old movies and I have tons of books on old Hollywood. I just love the magnificence of that time - the sequins, the sexiness. I want to capture the true luster of Hollywood in all my designs."
Heidi is apparently planning more than one collection, including a higher-end line, as well as a more affordable one for the regular folks. "This is just the beginning. I'd really love to eventually wear mostly my only designs,” she explains. “And I really would love to do a low end line (for my) fans and it can be really accessible, and then a one of a kind couture line to really showcase my creativity. Look out for my bikini line this summer!"
We’re not quite sure Heidi understands the true meaning of “old Hollywood glamour.” We’re pretty sure none of the actresses of that time had fake boobs, butts, and lips.

Heidi is teaming up with the Home Shopping Network to hawk her product, and has been working with chemists to perfect the feminine fragrance.
One of Heidi’s friends tells In Touch, “Heidi has always wanted to do her own fragrance. This is another one of her dreams come true. She lives a charmed life.”
She sure does! The girl just jumps from one thing to the next! Guess she’s done pretending she has a “real job.” Would you want to smell like Heidi Montag?

According to Life & Style, Heidi is launching her own line called Heidi Montag Dry Shampoo. She must have become pretty attached to the idea, because as you may recall, she burst into tears on the show when her castmates stole her bottle away from her.
Dry shampoo is the best invention in the world. It really comes in handy when you are traveling. Hollyscoop actually wrote about one of our favorite dry shampoos a while ago. We don't know about Heidi's line but you can get some info on the T3 dry shampoo here.

A little nip and tuck went a long way in Heidi’s case, and skimpy suits are the only thing she ever wear in her music videos, so why not start her own line?
Heidi’s getting a little help from bikini designer Ashley Paige, who knows a thing or two about bathing suits. Heidi says, “I love bathing suits. I feel like I wear them more than anyone so it makes sense for me. I did a fashion show for Ashley Paige a year ago in Miami and I’ve been such a big fan of hers.”
Heidi also gave us a heads up on her upcoming show, I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here. She tells E!, “That’s the only bathing suits I will be wearing on the show. I’ll be living in them. That’s all I’ll be wearing.”
The show will shoot for three weeks in Costa Rica. Let’s just hope she and Spencer don’t try to sneak in another home video while they’re there.
Best part about Heidi’s line is you don’t have to look like her to wear it! She says, “They’re for every size, all body types. They’re for little women and bigger women.”
How sweet of her.

They have finally realized that 3-inch heels are a thing of the past and it’s all about 4+ inch heels these days.
The spring 2009 collection has something for everyone. First, we have the serious black ‘iman’ heels which Heidi Montag was recently seen sporting. Those heels are so sexy and will look so nice with a simple black dress or your favorite jeans.
Now, on to Beyonce, who is living the great life while touring. B was photographed leaving Nice airport sporting the Gucci ‘Lucy’ heels. Those shoes are perfect for spring because of the vibrant colors.
Both Heidi’s and Beyonce’s shoes are super sexy and we would love to snag up a pair ourselves, but unfortunately for us regular folks the price tag on the shoes just aren't reasonable.
These two shoes range from $1400-$1700, which is basically rent for most people. How high can the price tag on shoes get? Gucci gets an A+ for its shoe selection, but an F for pricing.

On what was no doubt, one of the longest days of prancing around in front of paparazzi in the history of Z-List walks of shame, The Hills "stars" posed for the cameras, had some lunch and went shopping.
With all that walking and posing, one would think that Heidi would have worn a sensible sneaker. Perhaps even an arthritic pump? But a comfortable shoe is not an option for a lady who is hoping her image will be plastered all over the weekly magazines.
On her walk around Hollywood, Heidi was sporting some barely there shorts, a frilly top and a large tote. But it was what the reality star was walking on that really caught our eye. Heidi was walking around in some pretty amazing gladiator pumps. We love her white strappy heels so much, we thought we would scoop you Heidi's look for less!
We found a great knock off of Heidi's amazing heels at none other than Urban Outfitters. The shoes in question are a Deena and Ozzie strapped heel and are relatively inexpensive at $78.00. The shoes are super trendy but at the same time, manage to be classic enough to last for many seasons. We also love the laces!
Check out Urban's great heels here! Happy Hunting!

Tila Tequila, who showed up dateless, refused to comment on her recent breakup with Courteney Semel. She said, “I don’t like commenting on my personal life anymore because no matter what I say people change it anyways.”
So does that mean she won't be talking about her rumored fling with Justin Long? Tila giggled like a little schoolgirl and said, “I can’t comment hehe!” We tried.
Cameron Goodman from AMC's hit show "Mad Men" made a cameo on the carpet with Bobby Campo (Final Destination 4), and confessed that they are officially an item.
'The Hills' star Holly Montag, Heidi's sister, talked to us about the upcoming episodes of the hit show. “It is going to be about what I am going to do with my life. Am I getting a job? Where will I live? Out of my car? In a dumpster?” She obviously won't be living in a dumpster or a car. Her Chanel bag told the story.
As the avid Hills watchers know, there had been tension with Holly and Spencer Pratt lately, it hasn't exactly been smooth sailing since she moved into town. So does she approve of her sisters relationship with Spencer? "Heidi is adult enough to make her own decisions. I support whatever she decides. I’m still gonna put my two cents in. Whether she likes it or not, I’m gonna tell her what I think.” Holly said.
This of course led into the famous Heidi and Lauren Conrad tiff topic. We asked Holly what she thinks about the drama between the two, to which she replied. “I hope the best for their friendship. I had a blast living with them and everything was cool, but when I left the house, things went crazy. But now they’ve made up since then. They have been friends for years and they will mend if they can just put their problems behind them.” Holly said.
Holly also admitted that she IS dating someone, but wouldn't reveal who the lucky guy is. But she did say he might be on the show! Something to keep a close eye on!

Before all you LC fans rejoice, it has nothing to do with poor sales. The company's parent line "Anchor Blue" is moving in a different direction and is expected to close 40 stores nationwide in the upcoming months.
Heidi has stayed mum on the subject of her clothing line being obsolete, but we're sure her and Spencer already have a backup plan.

Hollyscoop caught up with Heidi and Spencer at Taco Bell for their “Reality Check Challenge,” to get their opinion on their Hills co-stars' new line.
"I don’t think that’s a very smart idea," said Heidi, referring to her price range. "I'm praying for her because I think she needs it," added Spencer.
Unlike Lauren's line, Heidi's collection has actually been selling out in stores nationwide. "I think that was the problem with other peoples lines," Heidi told Hollyscoop. "They're too expensive, especially for what they are and for how much they cost. People are going to spend that much money, they’re most likely gonna buy a huge designer. I think right now it’s just a little silly."
In regards to her line reaching a broader audience, Heidi said, "I want my fans to be able to get it, I want everyone to be able to access it. Fashion is not for the rich, it's for everybody. It's just a fun way to express yourself, if anything it should be affordable for everybody."
