Hilary Duff has always had a great sense of style. She never overdoes it and she always manages to look hip and classy.

The Duffster was photographed in Studio City, CA yesterday sporting a cute and colorful dress. Note that it might be winter in other parts of the U.S. but it definitely feels like summer in Los Angeles.
