Last night the stars hit the red carpet for a truly wonderful cause. Celebrities like Hilary Duff, Mandy Moore, and Terrence Howard hit the red carpet in support of the Stand Up to Cancer Merchandise Launch.

The campaign founded by Katie Couric has opened its shopping doors, just in time for the holidays. Buying any item from the store is really a gift that keeps on giving. Hilary was seen wearing a star necklace which was designed by Jennifer Meyer. Jennifer knows a think or two about stars.

The jewelry designer is married to Spider Man himself...Toby Maguire. The necklace is great and is a symbol to Stand Up To Cancer's Constellation.
