Isaac Mizrahi Launches QVC Lifestyle Line

The stars came out to support Isaac Mizrahi in New York City for the launch of his new QVC line, Mizrahi Live! Guests included Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford, the Olsen twins, Anne Heche, Mira Sorvino, Marie Louise Parker and Ugly Betty star Michael Urie.

Unlike Mizrahi’s previous lines, this is a lifestyle brand and it will include everything from clothing, accessories, and home goods.

Mizrahi told WWD, “I create, that’s what I do. I’m an artist. I’m a designer.” As far as his aspirations go, Isaac said, “Household name — that was the Seventies. Now it’s brand name.

"As I build my brand, I think about Martha Stewart and her very upward trajectory. She has always been a great inspiration to me. ?

“I love my product,” Isaac continues. “I believe in my product. If I do plates, if I do bedding, which I did, if I render cookies, I do it in the same way that I think about a couture dress.”

Not only is Isaac releasing a vast lifestyle line but he will also be hosting a show on QVC also named Mizrahi Live! Isaac is without a doubt following Martha’s business savvy footsteps. The line debuts December the 4th, just in time for the holidays.
