Janet Jackson has been very quiet this past year, not speaking publicly throughout the Conrad Murray trial, but she is now back in the public eye as the new face and body of Nutrisystem. 

As someone who admits that she's up-and-down with her weight, she opened up to Good Morning America on why she decided to work with Nutrisystem. 

"it's a matter of leaning how to keep it off, that maintenance, and they have a program for that. My success plan is to feel healthy and to feel good about me," says Jackson.
