Jason Wu For Target: The Full Collection
January 11, 2012 by: MADISON VANDERBERG

However, unlike the last Target collection, Missoni for Target, which pimped out their iconic design on everything from coffee mugs to wash cloths, Jason Wu for Target is a tightly edited 53 piece collection of A-line dresses, high-waisted skirts, button-up blouses. It's also very patriotic, petit, and lady-like.
"As with my main collection, special attention has been considered into every detail," Wu said in a statement, "By working with Target I was able to create an accessible collection that reflects my sophisticated design aesthetic."
Wu says his inspiration for the collection was the idea of an American girl in Paris and draws his muse from a friendly feline named Milu.
Wu designs are loved by first lady Michelle Obama, Diane Kruger, and Lea Michele, and now us regular ladies can dress like Capitol Hill and Hollywood royalty!
Jason Wu for Target will be available in stores and online beginning February 5 and will stop selling the product on March 6. Word of advice: Act fast. People were lining up for Missoni for Target like they were giving away free iPhones. The demand for Missoni was so intense that it crashed the website! This is just like that facebook movie!
Anyways, the collection features pleats, plaids and stripes and is girly yet sophisticated. The collection ranges in price from $20 to $60, will you be shopping?
