She wore her hair down and wavy (surprise, I know) and paired it with a LBD (Also a surprise, I know).
Despite sticking to the Aniston guidelines: side part, wavy hair, wear black - she was glowing.
Aniston wore a black chiffon Versace gown that was short in the front and long in the back. A mullet-dress, if you will; or a rise-and-fall hemline, if you wont.

However, now that she's dating Justin Theroux and seems genuinely happy, she's ditched the LBD's and the tan and taupe color palettes and stepped out last night looking like a high-class stripper or a Kardashian. And I mean both those things as a compliment.
Jen walked the red carpet for Elle magazine's 18th annual Women in Hollywood event last night in a plunging gold KaufmanFranco mini dress. Have we ever seen Anniston with a plunging neckline? Never. She was also covered in bronzer, but not in a Jersey way.

The poster for Jennifer Aniston’s new movie “Horrible Bosses” was just released and Jen is sporting a darker do.
Jen has been a blonde every since I can remember and now I know why. The darker hair doesn’t look horrible, but she’s definitely hotter as a blonde.
“I do it every other day and I usually do some sort of run before,” Aniston told the CBS Early Show via Fox News about her yoga routine.
“She is great with all of the balancing poses,” Aniston’s longtime yoga instructor Mandy Ingber explained to mindbodygreen.com. “She has amazing focus and presence. She does a mean tree...and can outlast my tree any day.”

Could Jennifer Aniston be turning over a new leaf?
Jen was promoting her new fragrance at Sephora in NYC and she showed up wearing a super sexy dress that..wait for it…wasn't black or nude!
She looked super gorg in an orange Vivienne Westwood knee length dress.
What was exceptionally hot about the dress aside from the color was the detail on the top part. Her boobs looked great thanks to the style.
Jen, we like this new you! Keep those colors coming because they look fab on you!

And when I say spice things up, I mean she wore a nude dress with some sparkles. That’s living on the edge for Jennifer Aniston!
Jen looked hot in her NUDE Valentino Haute Couture spring collection in Mexico.
Jen was really sweet at the photo call taking pics and hugging fans. Hey, she’s gotta sell that perfume!
In the pics below, one fan gets really close to Jen giving her a kiss and another fan was so excited to see her that she started crying. She must have been a HUGE Friends fan.
