Jennifer Aniston is revealing Hollywood’s latest diet fad: not stuffing your face with junk food. That’s right, in order to maintain that lean body, Aniston doesn’t eat Twinkies and donuts. Imagine!

“I’ve never been a fanatic when it comes to what I eat,” Aniston explains. “I’ve always discovered that I can stay fit by avoiding junk foods and eating healthily, while running or exercising regularly. I don’t have any formula.”

OBESE AMERICANS: “Yeah, but ain’t there a special pill or somethin’ so I can look like Jen Aniston while I eat ma kettle chips and not work out?”

Nope, it’s good, old-fashioned diet and exercise. Aniston continues,

“I love to do yoga. If I put on a few pounds, I just eat more fish and salads for a week and exercise four of five times a week as opposed to two or three times.”

Aniston adds that “the important thing is to stick to a healthy routine. I feel better after a good workout and it gives you more energy for the entire day. I try not to worry or stress about things anymore—I just like to get on with my life.”

In between workouts, Aniston has been hooked on boyfriend Justin Theroux. A source recently told Us Weekly:

“He’s living at her place in L.A.! And she’s introducing him a her boyfriend.”
