Jen is the latest celeb to embark on the baby food diet fad, which was created by celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson.

Anderson's The Baby Food Cleanse eating plan involves 14 portions of pureed food a day followed by a healthy adult dinner. And it's working for Jen, whose body seems to be more fit than ever!

Jennifer Aniston's Career Criticized

Speaking about her special diet, Tracy told Hollyscoop EXCLUSIVELY, "I developed a cleanse where you can still eat and it’s a lot of puree foods. I was very careful about the foods I chose to put in it."

She continued, "When you do these liquid cleanses I felt a responsibility to come up with something. Liquid cleanses do help you lose weight but you will gain more the next week. I wanted something where you can eliminate toxicity, break bad habits but still have your digestive system going. That is when the baby food cleanse was born. You get to eat all day, these little puree things and the chocolate pudding I did is pretty killer."

She's reportedly already lost 7lbs on the diet! And Jen isn't the only celebrity Anderson has whipped into shape! She used to train Madonna and even helped Gwyneth Paltrow get into shape for Iron Man 1 and 2. Hey if it works for Jen and Gwyneth, we’ll happily hop on board!
