Jennifer Aniston is like a new woman! Remember when she was treading into cat lady territory? It seemed like she dated every single guy in Hollywood and NONE of those relationships worked out. I was this close to sending her a tub of lowfat ice cream and a recommendation to a good psychic.

However, now that she's dating Justin Theroux and seems genuinely happy, she's ditched the LBD's and the tan and taupe color palettes and stepped out last night looking like a high-class stripper or a Kardashian. And I mean both those things as a compliment.

Jen walked the red carpet for Elle magazine's 18th annual Women in Hollywood event last night in a plunging gold KaufmanFranco mini dress. Have we ever seen Anniston with a plunging neckline? Never. She was also covered in bronzer, but not in a Jersey way. She paired the dress with a Ferragamo clutch, Balenciago strappy gold heels, and Fred Leighton jewels.

Jen was one of the honorees at last night's Women in Hollywood event and her pal Reese Witherspoon introduced Jen's award. Reese and Jen worked together on "Friends" back in the day when Reese played Jen's little sister.

Reese praised Jen for her rare combination of "sex appeal and complete loveability. You want to get your nails done with her, and then make out with her. At least I do."

The audiences erupted in laughter and every dude in the audience was nervously laughing while imagining what a Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston make-out sesh would look like. Jen's a top, they all collectively thought. Ewwwww, c'mon man. This is a ladies awards show dammit!

"That's what we do sometimes on Saturday," Witherspoon joked, "We get out nails done...and then make out. That's because she's my friend and not yours."

Heyo, ZING. Other women honored last night included Viola Davis from "The Help," Evan Rachel Wood, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Barbara Streisand, who took home the biggest award of the night for the Legend Award.

Joe Zee creative director of Elle describes this annual event and says the show is about, "women making news in a very male dominated industry. We brought to light all the great work women have done both behind the scenes and in front of the camera over the years."

Other women attending the event included Katherine Heigl who said, "I love these sort of events that celebrate women, celebrating powerful, talented, spectacular women that have figured it out."

So much girl power, it was a little estrogeny all up in the awards show last night.
