Jennifer Connelly: From Balmain Runway to Red Carpet

Academy Award winner Jennifer Connelly turned heads last night at the Los Angeles premiere of 'He's Just Not That Into You' in a sequined green mini dress and crystal studded stilettos.

Connelly was rocking Balmain from head to toe. Her dress and shoes were from his fall 2009 collection, so don't expect to find it in stores just yet.

Her gorgeous shoes earned her two thumbs up in the fashion department, but two big thumbs down with the finance department. Those puppies cost a whopping $1900!

Balmain’s elegant, super-feminine looks originally captured the attention of stars like Katharine Hepburn, Brigitte Bardot, and Sophia Loren.

His collection has recently taken a turn toward touch-chic, and gained a loyal fan base, which includes Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Connelly, and Molly Sims. If it's good enough for them, it's good enough for us. We just wish it was more affordable!
