Sneak Peek Of Karl Lagerfeld\'s Olympic Collection
For British fans of Karl Lagerfeld, his new Olympic Inspired collection hits Selfridges stores tomorrow at their own store-within-a-store pop-up shop, but for those of us across the pond, the best bet we have is to peep the photos online, or wait until the collection inevitably ends up on Net-A-Porter.

The line retails between $148 and $505 and comes just days before the actual Olympics kick off this Friday.

The most “Olympic” inspired aspects is that everything has gold on it. Go for the gold? Sure. At least it isn’t obnoxiously red, white, and blue, but I guess that’s Stella McCartney’s wheelhouse.

So far, we can only peep three items from the capsule collection. There are a series of sequined collars in Gold, Silver, and Bronze...how appropriate.

There’s a rock-and-roll fitted white jacket splattered in gold paint and a pair of skinny denim, also splattered in gold paint AND silver paint.

In addition to the Olympic-sized collection, Karl also debuted his menswear line Karl Lagerfeld Paris Man and his diffusion line Karl, but you could already buy Karl at Net-A-Porter.

In related news, Karl Lagerfeld has reportedly photographed Victoria Beckham for an upcoming editorial for French Elle. Victoria has been tweeted pictures from the Chanel Couture salons while she waits backstage for her Elle photoshoot. [http://twitter.com/victoriabeckham/]
