Kate Hudson Sued Over Hair

Kate Hudson is being sued over some hair products. 220 Laboratories is suing Kate and hairstylist David Babali for fraud, misappropriation, and breach of contract. Sounds like a lot for just some gunk you put in your hair.

Kate was on The View a couple months ago talking about her new venture with Babali in which they were creating their own line of environmentally-friendly hair care products.

But 220 insists they told Hudson and Babali about a secret ingredient the company used, volcanic ash, and they took the samples and shopped it around to find a better deal. 220 says Kate and David even used promo footage of the 220 team collecting ash with their new manufacturer, Universal.

Sounds like quite the hairy situation! Kate and Babali are of course denying all of this, but we're sure this is a matter to be resolved in court.
