Kate Moss Named Best Dressed

Glamour Magazine has named Kate Moss best dressed for 2008. She was beat out  by Agyness Deyn last year, but is back on top with her casual, laid-back wardrobe she's been sporting lately. 

Other fashionistas that made the top eight are Sienna Miller, Scarlett Johansson, Rachel Bilson, Jennifer Aniston, Alexa Chung, Reese Witherspoon and Jessica Alba.  Lots of American ladies on that British-based list!
