Both Katherine and Selena have rocked the same Reem Acra cocktail dress and I have to say, it looked good but different on both ladies.
Katherine wore the cobalt blue version of the dress a while back at the premiere of The Ugly Truth in New York.
Selena Gomez rocked the purple version at her boys movie premiere for Never Say Never.
Selena had altered it to make it shorter, which I think was much more age appropriate. She’s 18 and obviously doesn’t want to look like a 35-year old. Who wants to add years to their age? Umm, no one!
The dress looked great on both ladies, but Selena's hair completed her overall look. Don't let me cloud your judgement, tell me who you think looked better in the Reem Acra dress. Selena or Katherine?

Heigl’s hair has always been shoulder length or longer, so this is a pretty drastic change.
It looks like her stylist said, “what can I do for you?” and Katherine responded, “give me a haircut that looks like I’ve given up on life.”
I mean, Kate Winslet recently cut her hair short, too, but she had the good sense to keep washing it.
Let’s hope Katherine’s filming a David Spade biopic or something.

Apparently the new "it" jean around Hollywood is Level 99 ! Level 99 is a great new inexpensive denim line that all the stars are wearing!
We just spotted Katherine Heigl in Level 99's, Chloe Cement and we must say she looked pretty good!
Twilight's Nikki Reed was also spotted wearing a pair and apparently the jeans even made their way to the 90210. Shenae Grimes loves her denim tights!

Hot trend alert! All you fashionistas write this down, asymmetrical shoulder tops, gowns and dresses are bigger than ever. This trend was unveiled on the red carpet at the 2008 Academy Awards and now its been seen on the runways in Paris.
Designer Christophe Decarnin for Balmain incorporated this new trend in his collection yesterday in Paris. This look is always flattering since it accentuates the shoulders and neck. You can bet on seeing more shoulders in the upcoming shows during Paris Fashion Week.

Let’s admit, an Oscar red carpet without Jennifer Lopez and Charlize Theron can be quite boring. This years Oscars did bring some heat with the scarlet fever, but for the most part there wasn’t anything that exciting.
Most stars played it safe, however there were three girls who topped the best looks for our Hollyscoop "Oscar Best Dressed of 2008." Our top contender was Katherine Heigl, who has completely transformed into a movie star. The actress looked exceptional in her red dress, which she matched with her red lipstick. She was the epitome of "Old Hollywood Glamour."
Our second favorite was Heidi Klum who also sported the color of the night, red. Heidi looked amazing in her John Galliano haute couture gown, which is up for auction at mycokerewards.comto benefit women's heart health.
Our third favorite was "Juno" star Jennifer Garner who looked amazing in her black get up and bling, bling. Even actor Gary Busey couldn’t resist her glamour when he attacked her on the red carpet and kissed her on her neck. If you don't believe us check out the video.
Other stars that looked glamorous included Hilary Swank in Versace, Renee Zellweger and Cameron Diaz. These ladies didn’t make the top three because they were missing some element. The Oscars are going red. Well kind of, seems like everyone wanted to match the very long red carpet at the 80th Annual Academy Awards. Heidi Klum looked stunning in a John Galliano red-hot number. The dress was avant-garde and with its top lining and long tail.The best part of the dress is that you can raise awareness for Diet Coke's Red Dress Campaign. Another lady in red was 'Get Smart' star Anne Hathaway. The beautiful dress was just unveiled at the Fall 2008 New York Fashion week. Anne looked fantastic in the color with her white skin tone. Its good to see that some stars don’t need to overdo the tanning spray. Anne’s dress had an asymmetric cut with flower embroideries.
Miley Cyrus may be a newcomer, but this 15 year old knows what works. Her choice for this big occasion was Valentino and we all know he's known for his red. The dress was long and simple and was age appropriate for this young star.
Katherine Heigl also wore a red long gown and matched it with a hot red lipstick. Katherine did a great job looking like a glamorous Hollywood star. Helen Mirren looked beautiful in a custom made Georges Chakra dress. Helen plays a madame in her new movie and she picked red because she wanted to 'go wild.'
