Kate Holmes keeps going shorter and shorter! She has once again cut her hair and this time around she's sporting the Rihanna do.

The bob was getting played out on Katie so she decided to spice things up by going shorter. It actually looks cute with sunglasses, but we need to see her without the sunglasses.
