Bonjour Fashionistas! Katy Perry arrived at the NRJ Radio studios in Paris yesterday looking very bundled up for the Parisian chill.

Katy is a major fashion force, so we are taking some winter fashion cues from her. Just because its winter does not mean you have to be drowning in a frumpy winter coat.
