Kim Kardashian\'s Pre-Wedding Workout Routine
Kim Kardashian's going to be working out heavily before her wedding. The good news is, she can use her engagement ring as a dumbbell.

"Starting QuickTrim" today, Kardashian tweeted on Wednesday. "It's officially summer. I want to really get in fab shape!"

There's no denying Kim's dedicated fitness regimen as of late. Lately, there have been less paparazzi shots of her coming out of BOA and more of her headed to the gym.

A friend tells OK!: "Kim's doing Barry's Bootcamp, plus no more desserts, period. She also has someone cooking for her."

According to another friend, while Kim and Kris used to enjoy junk foods like pizza and french fries, she's now shrinking her portions with six to eight small meals a day.

"She's eating more chicken—she doesn’t love it, but needs to eat clean protein." Kardashian has been tweeting about her morning workouts and bringing Kris along to the Bootcamp:

"She brought her fiancé," an insider at Barry's said. "The classes, which are 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength, shock the body with a 1,000 calorie-burning workout. He found it pretty challenging."

That's about how many calories I burn in a week. Then again, the only workout I get is pecking at this keyboard. Whew. I'm feeling the burn. Need to replenish my electrolytes.

Kardashian has also been working with Tracy Anderson, personal trainer to the stars. Hollyscoop talked to Anderson about the "baby food diet" she developed:

"I developed a cleanse where you can still eat and it’s a lot of puree foods," Anderson told us.

"I wanted something where you can eliminate toxicity, break bad habits but still have your digestive system going. That is when the baby food cleanse was born. You get to eat all day, these little puree things and the chocolate pudding I did is pretty killer."
