For reasons unknown, this awards ceremony is named after a deer-like creature. Let’s just focus on the fashion.
Here are the highlights from the red carpet at the Rhein-Main-Hallen in Wiesbaden, Germany last night. Because this was Germany’s main fashion show, some of the names you might not recognize, but their style is still stunning.
Lady Gaga: Of course Gaga would not be dressed as a human being and so at the Bambi awards she did not disappoint, if by being disappointed you of course mean, Gaga dressed nicely in something that other women would also find attractive.

Donatella Versace, who took over as Vice President of Versace in 1997 – says she is inspired by young people and likes Lady Gaga because Gaga doesn’t wear what she’s told; basically Donatella loves artists like Gaga and Nicki Minaj because they don’t give a f-ck.
“Of course I love Lady Gaga and Nicki Minaj, they’re not afraid to dare. It’s been a while since someone went out there and didn’t listen too much to the marketing people. You still have to listen to them but not 100 percent,” reveals Donatella.

Selena Gomez: As Selena was hosting the event, she was sure to wow. The 19-year-old pop star looked like a fancy ice skater in a white embroidered Marchesa top that she wore as a dress. It was very short, but the girl can pull it off. She paired it with some embellished gold Casadei heels.
Lady Gaga: At this point Lady Gaga neither makes it onto best or worst dressed, she’s just dressed.

Costumes worn by Gaga, Cyndi Lauper, Sir Mick Jagger and Kurt Cobain are some of the artists whose clothes will go in a massive memorabilia auction for Julien’s Auction house.
The Gaga item being auctioned is not her meat dress, nor is it the Kermit the frog ensemble, it’s not even those Alexander McQueen armadillo shoes, but don’t fret, the dress is still weird and not intended for pedestrian use.

Now, Midler is auctioning off her old Mermaid costumes among her other collection of outfits and says Lady Gaga can have anything she wants! She said she would be "thrilled" if Gaga bought items from the collection. "I hope she buys at least a little bit. It would be fun," says Midler.
Midler will auction off her clothes next month and says Gaga can "have want she wants." Midler especially wants Gaga to buy her original mermaid tail, "I think [Gaga] should go for a real wheelchair and a real fishtail because these are really beautiful. They are decorated and hand-beaded."

Well all your prayers might soon be answered as Lady Gaga is considering starting her own fashion line. But that's when she has some time to dedicate to it. She says that she would be open to do it, but she wants to give it her all so when she has some time away from music she will think about it.
“I might do something but I just really respect so many designers,” says GaGa.
“Part of me thinks it would be such an injustice for someone like me to do it on the side because so many of them dedicate their lives to it. I might do it one day but I would have to take a break from music so I could concentrate on it.”

Gaga and the MAC Viva Glam campaign released a video featuring Gaga in the dress. Unfortunately, you can't even see the fans faces on the dress in the video. The video features half second snap shots of some of the fans faces because you can't see the detail on the dress. But really, the video is about Gaga showing off how well she stands up in those really tall stilt shoes.
The dress was created by Gaga's stylist and Thierry Mugler's Creative Director Nicola Formichetti. The dress is comprised of a leotard bodice and flowing pale pink fabric pieces that hang down at her sides. The photos were printed on a pink fabric in the same shade as the lipstick she designed for MAC. The flowing fabric was also wrapped around Gaga's famous stilt-like heels.

Both Lady Gaga and funny-lady Anna Faris wore the same little black dress from Moschino’s Peblum’s Fall 2011 collection. Both ladies wore the sleeveless LBD with high waist and ribbon detail.
There should be a rule that once lady gaga wears an outfit, it must be incubated for a number of years and tested to find out if any of Gaga’s alien DNA has latched onto the clothing. If the outfit is cleared for human use than someone else can wear it, but by that time it will be out of style so they can just gift it to Madame Toussads wax museum or something.

Now Gaga releases her 3rd fashion video for “You and I” where she appears as her mermaid alter-ego Yuyi. Basically Gaga plays a chain-smoking mermaid. If mermaids had hookers, this is what I imagine they would look like.
Gaga thrashes around in a directors-style chair, bound by her tail. Throughout the video are images of “regular” people, which I’m assuming are supposed to be old-fashion Nebraska folk, since “You and I” is a song about Gaga’s Nebraska lover.
