It pays to be famous. Some celebs get dresses to wear on the red carpet, but for Lady Gaga, her entire tour wardrobe is being designed by Giorgio Armani.

Gaga embarks on her Born This Way Ball tour on April 27 in all custom Armani creations.

“Collaborating with Lady Gaga is always an exciting experience for me,” says Armani, “I admire the way she uses fashion as a scenic element and as a means to build character. She is an artist of many talents and great intelligence.”

Armani has dressed Gaga on numerous occasions, including the Grammy awards in 2010, which was when she wore the light up orbital hoop skirt.

The costume sketches have been revealed on Women’s Wear Daily. One costume has Lady Gaga looking like a dominatrix version of Sailor Moon in a strapless black and silver leotard with peplums and intense shoulder pads.

Another look features Gaga in a strappy S&M inspired leotard with wings, a geometric type hat and spiked thigh-high boots.

Look #3 features Gaga actually wearing a keyboard, and several guitars on her person. I’m excited to see what this looks like in real life.

Finally ditching the leotard, the last sketch has Gaga in a sheer floor length gown with a large triangle cutout near the front and large baggy sleeves.
