Lauren Conrad to Give Beauty Advice

You would think being a designer and best selling novelist would be enough work for Lauren Conrad, but not for this hard working blonde. See, not all blondes are dumb! Oh wait, according to the pic on the site she's not even a blonde anymore.

Lauren has announced the launch of a beauty blog called TheBeautyDepartment.com.

Conrad told Allure: "The site will offer beauty tips: how to do the hottest runway tricks. How to wear purple eyeliner. How to do beach curls. The idea is to eventually roll out a cosmetics and hair line."

Lauren is also working on her new reality show. She’s not exactly sure where it’s gonna air or when since MTV passed on the show. Those days of long blank stares are over for MTV. Now they are all about the trashtastic television like Jersey Shore and Teen Mom.
