Lindsay Lohan was all smiles as she went shopping at Chanel this afternoon on Rodeo Drive.

Lohan picked up a quilted metallic Chanel bag that retails for more than $2000+ at the store. She had lunch earlier that day at the Ivy...must be nice right?
