Who Rocked the Frock: Lo Vs. Kayla

Showing a little shoulder is so in right now! The cameras caught The Hills star Lo Bosworth over the weekend rocking the French Connection “Crush Dress” at an event in Atlantic City, looking adorable!

But we Hollyscoopers knew we’d seen that number before. We did a little scooping, and discovered that it was the same dress worn by Kayla Ewell of The Vampire Diaries back at the Scream Awards in October.
