Rachel Weisz L'Oreal Ads Banned in Britain
Rachel Weisz’s image in a L’Oreal Paris ad has been banned because they don’t think Rachel Weisz looks THAT good in real life. Ouch?

The UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) is saying that the product claims that it will make your skin smoother and more even, but they believe that Weisz’s face has been altered in photoshop and that it’s not the product that makes your skin look better, but rather some really talented post-production photo re-toucher.
Hugh Laurie Named New Face of L'Oreal Paris

Hugh Laurie has been named as a new face of the L'Oreal Paris line of men's cosmetics, joining other handsome men like Patrick Dempsey and Gerard Butler who will all represent its “Men Expert” line.

Nothing says under-eye brightener like the grumpy vicodin addicted doctor on “House.”

L'Oreal's global brand president chose Laurie because he is “the perfect example of a modern man: genuine, uninhibited, strong and willing to pursue his passions to the end.”

Gerard Butler: Money, Girls and L'Oreal Products?
L'Oreal editors must have been busy over the holidays because they released two commercials in one day.

Earlier today we saw Beyonce's new commercial for L'Oreal Feria and now we have behind the scenes footage from Gerard Butler's L'Oreal commercial. Yes, he obviously does look very hot, but when does Gerry ever look bad? Even on his bad days he looks amazing!

“I think he’s like the ultimate dude you want to be. He’s an action star. He’s fun. He’s good with women, plays poker, does all those things. Very much lives life to the fullest,” Gerard says about his new role as the face of L'Oreal.

The commercial shows Gerard riding around in a very expensive car, kissing a really hot girl and wearing very sexy suits. Wow, his job is really hard isn't it? If I was a guy, I would hate him too!
Gerard Butler is Named L'Oreal Paris Men's Expert

Gerard Butler, who has been looking a little beat lately, has signed on as the spokesman for L’Oreal Paris Men’s Expert.

Gerry is a hot piece but he’s been shooting a movie sporting a mullet, which is not his best look.

"I’m excited to be working with L’Oreal Paris. I have always liked the quality and innovation of their products," Butler says of his new role.

We’re going to be seeing ads of Gerard Butler’s face on all the ads except in the United States.

Patrick Dempsey used to be the face or L’Oreal Paris Men’s Expert and celebs like Beyonce and Diane Kruger have also been the face of L’Oreal at one time so this is a big compliment for Butler.

Commenting on the deal Pinto says "I am very moved to be joining the great L’Oreal Paris family and all these personalities: a family I am now proud to be a part of."

And speaking of personalities, Lilly released an equally excited statement saying, "It is a source of great pride for me to represent a brand whose ambition is to respond to every person’s aspirations to beauty and contribute to the fulfillment and well-being of everyone.”

Elizabeth Banks Is Worth It!
Rumor has it the major cosmetics company L’Oreal has named their new spokesperson to be the new face of the company. No drum roll necessary! It is none other than Elizabeth Banks!

You may be asking yourself who??? And that’s ok! We were just as surprised! Elizabeth recently played Laura Bush in Oliver Stone's "W". She does have a major film career and we are not saying that she is not a decent actress or a beauty for that matter, but she joins the ranks of some serious glamazons such as Eva Longoria and Scarlett Johansson.

Banks says, “I am so honored to be the newest L’Oreal Paris spokesperson and to join such a distinguished group of women who proudly say the iconic phrase, ‘Because You’re Worth It."

What do you guys think of L'Oreals new pick?
